  I've been staying at this hotel for years. The entire hotel has been redone and is top notch. Very nice property comfortable beds, nice furniture nice lobby. Can't beat the location if you have business/leisure downtown. Note that on many weekends a lot of 20-30 somethings use this hotel as party central HQ for their forrays to the Chippewa St nightlife. It can get kind of loud at 3-4am Saturday & Sunday monrings. Just bring earplugs and a white noise machine and you'll sleep ok.
