Great location!!! We saw a broadway show, had a fabulous dinner, concert at MSG and didn't have to take a cab or any other tranportation. Also convenient to great shopping. Hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. Only down side the roll away bed. OUCH !!!

We stayed at this hotel mid-October and it was a great hotel. Awesome location! It was right in the heart of Times Square and convenient to the subway, restaurants, broadway shows, a comedy club and The Empire State Building. The concierge and the porters were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean, had a great view and the bed was comfortable. Big, flat screen TV and the room was pretty quiet at night. We were able to stow our luggage when we arrived in NYC at the hotel quickly and easily and did the same after check out before heading to the airport. The only downside was check in was a bit slow. We did check in at a peak period but it did seem a bit slow.

I have stayed in NY many times to see plays, and this is now my favorite hotel. Service was quick and efficient. Room was great--large, clean and quiet. Best of all, I was only a couple of blocks from the theatres.

Great hotel, great deal. Walking distance to Times Square, Broadway and subway. Hotel accommodations very satisfactory, ie. helpful staff, clean, quiet and elegant room. No need to eat right at hotel as there are a multitude of restaurants located within walking distance. For late night, affordable items be sure and visit liquor store right across the street! Local New Yorkers were very friendly and helpful, a wonderful change from when we visited some years ago.
