  tub gurgled entire stay, water was turned off because of some problems and was off for 16 hours, room cleaners did not clean rooms correctly all this was reported to front desk. I feel like I should get a discount for some of my room payment.

  Older hotel in downtown San Antonio, about two blocks from the Alamo and the Riverwalk. No charge for parking - a rarity in the downtown area of a large city. The hotel rooms were large and clean, but our bathtub needed some updating. The continental breakfast was minimal but satisfactory.

  The staff is rude and will not respond to your needs. it is in a terrible part of town. the rooms open to the outside and you can be accosted ...

  The staff is rude and will not respond to your needs. It is in a terrible part of town. The rooms open to the outside and you can be accosted by the bums in the area. It is near the Interstate, so when you are ripped off, they can make a quick getaway.
  
  Graffiti adorns the walls of buildings nearby.
  
  Avoid at all cost.

  Beware when dealing with this property directly. The manager, X was very rude and unprofessional. I explained the details I was given including the 2 p.m. check -in time. Y said that Friday check-in is at 3 p.m. I pointed out that that reinforced my case, but Y refused to honor my reservation. My trip was ruined. Stay away from this hotel.

  I paid $* for 2 nights and stayed there for the swimming pool. It was closed the whole time I was there. I asked for a small refund for no pool but was refused. I had to go get my own towels and toilet paper off a maids cart.No breakfast avilable after 9 am although they advertise continental breakfast till 10 am. was already out at 9 am. I Don`t recommend this motel.
