This hotel was Awesome. The service when checking is was quick and the staff friendly. The rooms were nice and clean and the bathrooms were big. Beds were extremely comfortable. We are planning another trip to Dallas and plan are staying here again. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel itself was very nice, the room smelled of staleness and I felt that it was a very expensive place to eat! Also 4.50 for a bottle of water in your room???? Very pricey, I have never experienced these prices so high before throughout the hotel usually there is a place with average prices to grab something small, would not want to take my family there...it would be to expensive.

Excellent hotel
12/05/2008The hotel was great. the room was ready when i arrived. everyone was very friendly and accomidating. if i go back to dallas i shall stay at the hyatt again.

This was our first time in Dallas for the Cowboys game. The hotel was very large and beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful with great places to eat to directions to where you needed to go. The pool is outside but heated and we swam every night. We ate at the Italian restaurant in the hotel and the food and service was fabulous. The hotel is located near everything so we walked around downtown Dallas.

The hotel was very atentive to our needs however if you are looking for outside activities you need to call ahead yourself-- The Concieriage told us that Dallas Stadium ran tours every hour - no resrevation required-which is true some days but not all days. WE took a taxi out to the Stadium at 11:30 based on this information and they weren't holding tours until 4 -- what a waste of a day-- there is nothing to do for four hours around the stadium. My advice is to verify all information given. The hotel itself was very nice aand the staff was courteous and quick to meet our needs.
