Loved my time here. Comfortable room, friendly old world service and atmosphere. The staff were awesome and even handed out home made cookies at night! Breakfast was modest.Great location across from the Courthouse in the historic part of town. Parking on site was reasonable. Could walk to all the sites. Quiet and safe pool for the kids.Will definitely come back for a longer trip next time.

The hotel location was on a quiet street within 100 yards of the riverwalk, an easy walk or water taxi ride to anywhere downtown. The riverwalk south from the hotel was a very quiet and nice stroll. Parking was reasonably priced and had easy access in and out. Staff was very friendly/courteous and helpful with directions to local attractions. Continental breakfast was pretty bland but it was an easy walk to bakery at Mi Tierra instead. If possible opt for an inner courtyard room, preferably 4th floor. The pool access on a hot day was preferable to a riverview.

The hotel was clean and a fair value. The Restaurant was closed, and the free breakfest was poor at best, we skipped it after the first day. Our room with 2 double beds on the fourth floor had a cracked window and wi-fi is no where to be found in the building. The 12.00 per day parking charge was just pure a joke. The ramp was a risk to enter with a car bigger than a VW Bug. The Staff were just working. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, never did see the cot or the extra towels. Access to the river walk just a block away.

This hotel was a little far from the main part of the Riverwalk, but not extremely so. It was quiet so we did not have to hear the noise from the Riverwalk all night. When we first checked in, we were given a room that someone was already in. That person was smoking profusely, even though the description stated all rooms were non-smoking. This was very important as we have a young child with asthma. The rooms were nice enough. The free continental breakfast was very nice and in the hotel restaurant. The parking garage was tight and small with a drive that had weird angles and blind spots. It was okay for the one night stay we had.
