Did not keep their promise. We were told we will get the view, but when we arrive we were told the hotel was having termite treatment so we were moved to next building on the 2nd floor , no view. when we got to the room the tv does not work. The bath tab was filthy. I would never go back to that hotel.

Service at front desk was quick and friendly. When reservation was made they didn't post that I had a dog. However, the young lady was very quick to resolve the matter and change my room to accommodate my stay. The hotel is all newly redone and in the heart of all plans you might have in Anaheim. Walking distance to Disneyland and all kind of food service etc. Will definitely stay again.

The staff is anything but friendly. Actually they were down right rude. There is a * per night deposit to cover incidentals even if you have prepaid for the room on Priceline - so budget for that. Parking is * a day which seems a little ridiculous. The rooms were wonderful. We liked how they were renovated. It was nice that they were right across the street from DL. The staff did leave a bad impression on us tho.

ROOM: Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure and temperature. AC worked great (stayed in August). My view was of north Bonus was the flat screen TV and up beat decor. SERVICE: Service was okay. Had to call twice to get help with a broken remote. I am female and was staying alone. Didn't know there were two buildings one is attached to the lobby the other isn't. Had a little trouble getting switched to the main building where I felt safer (lobby, pool, gym and restaurants all here). They weren't comepletely rude, just could use a little polish on their hospitality skills. LOCATION: 5 min ride on the ART to Disneyland. Some priceless info for first timers. Don't worry about transport to Disney Parks, Convention center and shopping, for a couple bucks you can get a multi-day pass for the ART(Anaheim Resort Transit). Most of the hotels have a kiosk where you can buy the pass and a stop right in front. Check out rideart.org for details. Only reason I wouldn't stay here again is I prefer a place with a comp breakfast and there are plenty in the area.

The staff is friendly but the hotel is falling apart. I am staying at this hotel right now. It took a long time to check in since there was only one person at the front desk. We headed up to the 6th floor & the hallways were probably 80 degrees. The room was no better & we couldn't get the air to work. After a long day down in Oceanside all we wanted was a cool room & a nice shower. They did get the air working in the room so we unpacked. I placed the kids juice & milk in the fridge only to discover 30 minutes later that nothing was even slightly cold. We were told that if we wanted a working fridge we had to switch rooms, so we moved 2 doors down & guess what, the fridge in this room doesn't work either. I am looking out my window at the Portofino & kicking myself for not booking over there.
