The hotel it self was fine, but the rooms lacked that special feeling. Stayed in an executive room on a locked floor, the rooms were small and not special at all. Had no hot water in the afternoon, but the staff was very friendly and respectful. If your looking for comfort I would not recommend paying the price for an executive style room.

Rooms are very dark with dark carpeting, bedspreads etc. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. No Mini-Bar or Refrigerator in room. Breakfast Buffet was ice cold. No Valet Service for luggage. Do it yourself. Very poor accounting - had bill all wrong and couldn't find it. They said they had me checking out a day earlier - and had records for me to be in a different room????? Needs Management Help Badly. Business Center was a room with no window and no ventilation - it smelled!

Decent location for us in that we had family living in Grand Island who we were primarily visiting. Room was roomy for three people (two adults and an adult-sized 15 year old boy). WiFi was spotty in the room itself and I had to go out into the lobby to get a decent signal. Lack of outlets made forced us to be a bit creative with charging various electronic devices, especially cell phones but I have rarely been in places that have adequate outlets anyway. But one can dream, can't we? Was a bit disappointed that there was no quick checkout, especially since we prepaid for the room. But those are minor quibbles. Was a good experience and we would definitely consider staying there again.

This hotel was in a very nice area and the view was great if you had a room with the view. The restaurant was excellent and the food wonderful! I would stay here again. The only negative is that the vending machines were not stocked very well and we had to search different floors for vending machine food.
