Very nice staff, good looking building, very clean. Select comfort beds were a joke. I had a non-smoking room but the bathroom had a very heavy smoke smell. Big convention was there and the noise went in the early AM hours. I would not return.

The hotel lobby was large with a cascading, calming waterfall and a bar centrally located. Around 5p.m. on Sat. there was a large crowd gathered there, I think they had at least 2 conventions in the hotel. The next night, Sunday, all the conventioniers were gone and we almost had the hotel to ourselves. The restaurant was closed, but we could order the room service menu from the bar. So my husband and I had a wonderful intimate dinner Salmon dinner in the large lobby. The rooms were clean and the sleep number beds were very comfortable. The only down side was the TV channels they offered were very limited. The staff was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is not a good part of town, a homeless encampment 2 blocks away, but if you don't leave to walk around you'd think you were in the best part of town.

I've stayed here before and I really like it. Clean and quiet rooms. Pleasant staff. It is convenient to downtown Fresno. I wish they had room service but the restaurant in the lobby is fine. I recommend staying here if the location works for you.

I like this hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and in good condition. They don't have room service but they do have a restaurant in the lobby. In a good location if you want to be in downtown Fresno. Overall I would recommend it and will stay there again when I am in Fresno.
