  CP Hotel & Suites By the Falls clearly profits from supply and demand. The hotel LOCATION is fabulous, however, the rooms need updating and the maintenance should be kept up.The carpeting throughout the hotel needed cleaning as well. Also one major problem was parking. There was no parking available for hotel guest on the premises, yet we were aked to pay 15.00 for parking.

  This was our first visit to this hotel, while our experience overall was nice, there are a few things worth noting. First parking at the hotel is 13 per day. Also they claim it is a 10 minute walk to the falls. Try 15-20 minutes (and we are in our early 20's). Our jacuzzi suite was nice, but certainly didn't look like the picture. Overall it was a nice hotel for the price.

  We selected this hotel based on price, we needed a nights rest and that is all. That is all we paid for, the room was very dirty, the bathrooms were horrible, the mold and mildew in the shower should not be acceptable, when we complained the clerk said all the rooms had that problem. The sink was dirty and the toilet stained, the floors were not clean and the linens stained. It is a quiet hotel but we would pay a higher price to stay at a cleaner hotel.

  this hotel had a good location but was not very clean. Had to ask to have room cleaned. Pool was very small and at the front of the hotel indoors didnt look clean
