Reserved a month in advance only to drive all day to find out I was bumped to another hotel. Had a guaranteed reservation and confirmation number but that didn't mean anything. Would not trust a guaranteed reservation at this hotel. Manager said overbooking rooms is common in this business.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on a business trip and very pleased with everything. It was a very clean, comfortable hotel...AND THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL!! The front desk employees made the check in process quick and pleasant. They were friendly and very helpful. After getting to my room I realized that I had forgotten some toiletries and someone kindly brought them to my room. They had free wireless and free breakfast, so that was a plus.

My family and I had to come to burlington for a couple hospital visits. The hotel was just a few minutes away from the hospital, and they offered a free shuttle that took us back and forth 24 hours!! All the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. They had a nice big pool to keep our children happy and we also enjoyed thier free breakfast in the morning. Although this wasn't a leisure trip, this hotel made us feel at home, away from home. We would definatley come here again.

WE HAD RESERVATIONS AT ANOTHER MAJOR BRAND HOTEL IN TOWN AND TO MY SERPRISE IT WAS NOT GOOD AND WE WERE SO LUCKY AT 5:30 PM TO CALL AND GET A EXCELLANT ROOM. THE PLACE WAS SPOTLESS AND LOOKED NEW. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND I THINK THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN BURLINGTON . SLEPT LIKE A BABY , HAD GREAT TV , VERY CLEAN .

I stay at this appointment when I have appointments in the morning. I am a Choice Privileges Member and this hotel participates in this rewards program. I've stayed in many rooms and have never had a bad experience. They are clean and organized, and the beds seem comfortable. I like the location behind Friendly's because I usually walk over and get icecream or milkshakes for me and my husband. We both like the atmosphere.
