  Perfect location, 2 trolley car lines here. The bed was feather and very soft. The staff was friendly and helpful, even the house keeping. We had a bay window, so the view was great. Only downside is internet is not free.

  The hotel in it self was nice however; i did not get a double bed as requested nor did i have a city view. this is the only reason that ...

  The hotel in it self was nice however; I did not get a double bed as requested nor did I have a city view. This is the only reason that this hotel was chosen because it stated a view of the city. Other than being inconvienced and sleeping with my mother the vacation was nice. May not use this hotel in the future but will be returning to San Francisco.

  I requested early check in and that was not a problem. Desk clerk friendly and helpful, housekeepers greet you with a smile, waiters, and managers all friendly. I needed something faxed and that was taken cared of right away. Rooms clean, bed was comfortable, lots of hangers. I would stay there again.

  This hotel was great. extremely nice surroundings and the staff was uncomparable. i would definately stay again.
