San Antonio is such a wonderful city, we loved it. We came to see the sites, walk around on the Riverwalk. Eat all of the great food. This hotel was not far at all from anything. I got to the Rivercenter parking lot in about 7 minutes. The price was great, the breakfast was very inviting as well. I have stayed many hotels, and this hotel may be a little older, but its a great place to sleep. We don't stay in the room long anyway, we are always out and about. We loved this hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I give them a thumbs up!

It was a little small, but during a vacation, who really uses the room other than for sleeping. I was confortable in the room for what we used it....sleeping. It was near downtown and almost across from the splashdown. It was not noisy beside the point it was on the highway. I would recommend this Inn only if you expect it to be used for sleeping, otherwise, it would be too small for a full time room. One more thing, the pool was very salty....just a heads up.

The area the motel is located in felt very uncomfortable. It was not a nice neighborhood. We also were not pleased with the unsanitary conditions in the rooms. We shouldn't have had to ask to have a new toilet installed!!! The price was right though and the staff was very friendly. It was very close to the AT&T center. We only stayed as long as we had to!

I tacked on a few days extra to my business trip and stayed here for 2 nights. I was very unhappy with my decision. The motel is in need of attention. The staff were very friendly but that is the best I can say. This is not conveniently located and you will need to drive a bit for food. The bathroom needed repairs. The tub did not drain well and a 5 minute shower became a bath. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The free internet did not work for 24 hours which caused some problems in my ablility to send some very important files. There were 2 vending machines up near the office but neither worked. Only 1 ice machine worked and it needed a thorough cleaning. Worst yet was the roach that apparently resided in the clock radio and periodically ran around the nightstand. My room was in the back and it appeared that there were several "residents" there who lived in the motel. Had I not prepaid I would have gone to another place to stay. I would not stay here again if I am in the area.

My family and I stayed two nights at this hotel. First morning we were there, no hot water. I called the desk and reported the problem. Desk replied they were working on it and hanged up. The beds in our rooms were not good. On one of the beds you can feel the springs. The only thing good about this hotel was the price. That is what I get trying to go cheap.
