The room was very comfortable but seemed a little stale, as if it had not been aired or used in a long time. Seemed a bit overpriced for the area. Bathroom needed updated, but otherwise was very clean. A very negative was when I called for directions when I got lost my mistake, forgot to print directions; -- the front desk clerk couldn't give me directions and couldn't even tell me they were on a major route. Clerks were friendly and helpful once we got there, though, telling us where to find the room. Be warned -- you need a functioning keycard to access the elevator. Not bad for an overnight stay, but not for anything long-term.

Desk staff was not familiar with "best Buy" prepaid booking and almost recharged my card; otherwise they are friendly and helpful. The room was rather small for a double--no closet, had to get almost into the bathtub to close the bathroom door. The breakfast bar is not well organized--e.g. cereal bowls are at opposite end of counter from the cereal packets. The location is good--easy to get to downtown Burlington, easy highway access. Weekday price is oaky, weekend a little high for the amenities offered.
