  I would recommend this hotel again. The service was great and the area was very clean. However, I wish they had complimentary breakfast and cheaper daily rate for parking. My husband and I had a great time and would probably stay again.

  The hotel is an older one. The walls are thin because you can hear traffic in the halls. I forgot and left an outfit in the hotel closet. I called the next day and basically, the hotel did not follow-up with me after I called about it. So either the staff considered it an extra perk or they just don't follow up on concerns.

  Bad experience overall. I booked for an ocean view 1 king bed room online and it wasn't available during checked and settled for a city view double bedroom which is cheaper but charged for the more expensive room. Tub was very muddy and room was stuffy when we went in. Check in time wasn't until 3pm and cleaning lady barged into the room at noon. How much worst can it get when you paid * for a night? Do not stay at this place.

  Business stay as event planner for conference. Conference, banqueting staff responsive and flexible to last minute changes. Banqueting food good. Meeting room locations excellent as all together on one floor. Overall temperature in lobby, meetings rooms far too cold and staff unable to adjust satisfactorily. Temp in sleeping room fine/adjustable. Hairdryer broke and replacement was delivered promptly. Would use hotel again
