We had a wonderful time in Long Beach. The hotel was very easy to get to and nice clean rooms. The people working the desk were very pleasant and helpful. I spent a full week at the hotel with no problems. They did have some vending machine issues.....outdated pop or machines not working, but other than that everything was great.

We stayed at this hotel for one night with two small children. The room was very nice and clean, we had no qualms about giving the kids a bath in the bathtub because of its cleanliness. We ate in the restaurant on the top floor and the kids enjoyed watching the airplanes flying in (it kept them semi-entertained), and kids eat free with an adult meal, which really helped out. We also went swimming in their pool which was heated. The only problem I had was the traffic noise at night, but I used earplugs which helped a lot. My husband and kids didn't seem to be bothered by it at all. Overall I was very happy with our stay and the staff was extremely friendly.

The room was clean and everyone was friendly. Some advice... do not stay on the 12th floor. You are directly underneath the restaurant, so you listen to the clean up crew in the middle of the night.

On April 6, we had checked out of the hotel and were at the Long Beach Airport. When we realized that we had left behind a personal pillow in our room. We called the hotel front desk at 9:50 am and stated our dilemma. We were told to hold while she check with housekeeping. Minutes later we were advised that the pillow has been found. We asked if it was possible to meet us at the airport with the pillow as we had returned our rental car and had just minutes to get through TSA Security. She said she would send the pillow wiht the shuttle driver. At 10:05 AM we were reunited with our pillow. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was spotless clean, great food with fantastic view of the city, elegant swimming pool and exercise room but what really stand out is the customer service. It really exceeded my expectations.

In general, I am glad to have stayed here. All criterias went above expectations. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful. Love the view from the penthouse level of Panorama Restaurant with great food. I highly recommend this hotel.
