Stayed at the 2 king size bed suites for 3 days and the family were very pleased. I even have some relatives stopped by and they too were impressed. Very pleased w/ the staff as far as being helpful. The tv sets can used some upgrading perhaps (flat screen) as well as the carpeting but the room was clean nonetheless. Love the sauna,spa, complimentary breakfast and fruits. Would definitely stay again.

What a great hotel! My girlfriend and I made reservations for 2 nights, last Friday and Saturday. I read all the reviews before and knew it would be a great place. Room was very clean, looked very fancy for a holiday inn. The door has 3 locks, which makes me feel real secure. Nice clean hot tub, yet a few too many people inside. Bed was very comfortable, pillows were plentifull, fancy lighting in the room. Some people said the Casinos were too far to walk, but it was merely a 5 minute walk. Raley's is not very far so we could walk there after having a couple of drinks to get some food. Lots of shopping near the hotel. Hotel has their own truck with a plow on the front, ready for action to clear the snow. Luckily, we scheduled our stay just perfect. Sunny Friday and Saturday. On our departure, sky started getting a little darker. Then it started raining on the way home. Cannot really complain about anything, maybe update the HVAC, although it works effectively. Maids did an excellent job. Front desk people were very nice. Breakfast was alright, at least it was free. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Hotel clerk was not helpful giving directions to the hotel.. Room was clean and beds comforable. But the heater made a lot of noice. Rooms showing wear. For price you would think it would be a little more updated. The walls were thin and we had rowdy teens next door at 3 a.m. Small jumping child below us. The Hotel was not full, you would think some consideration woulld have been shown.

Just wanted to let the Holiday Inn Express what a wonderful time our family had at there hotel! Everything was in excellent shape and exceptionally clean and beautiful. If they had more than 5 stars your would certainly deserve it! Thank you so much for such a lovely time!!!!!!!!!!!!

03/13/2008We stayed here for 8 nights. we had a nice room. loved the double granite sink in the bathroom. excellent location for walking downtown.

For anyone who ski's, We reccomment Kirkwood and Sierra. Great mountains. Eat at the divided sky in Myers. It's a great bar/pub.
