This is a beautiful property with easy access from the Miami airport ! We stayed here for 5 nights in November and the service is more than 5 star. Every employee went out of their way to provide the best in service from delivery of champagne glasses to the room to the valet parking. The oceanview room ws spacious and you could not hear any noise from the adjoining rooms. The room had a large balcony overlooking the pools and the beach. This property does not have a resort fee! Towels for the pool/beach are provided that are plush,not thin and worn. The maids cleaned our room promptly early in the morning and we remarked as to how clean the room truly was when they were finished. You can rent a boat for the day across the street. The spa was one of the best I have ever enjoyed, ask for XYZ as a massage therapist. Thiswas a very enjoyable stay, We highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

I stayed here while in town on business--we had meetings at the hotel. We arrived very late in the evening but the front desk staff was still awake and very friendly. Room was spacious and had a nice sized balcony that overlooked the pool area and faced toward the beach. Bathroom was spacious and had kind of an open area for the shower/tub. Shower was very cool (a waterfall type one--but I almost need an instruction manual on how to turn it on.) Bed was extremely comfortable and I slept great. The first night I could hear my neighbors when they were out on their balcony, but otherwise it was pretty quiet. Meeting space was nice and easy to access. We ate lunch at the Italian resturant and it was great. We also had drinks in the bar. Staff was friendly at both places. The weather wasn't very good while we were in town so I didn't use the pools. Would definatly like to come back on a real vacation with better weather.

Went on a business trip for 4 days and had our meeting at the hotels business center. They provided everything you could possibly think of, drinks, breakfast, snacks and more than enough seating. The resort was wonderful, we had some effect of tropical storm Ida but the resort was very accommodating. The rooms were wonderful and I wanted to take the bed and pillows with me... the beach tower rooms were so romantic it really made you want to be with the one you love. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

From the moment I walked into the Eden Roc, I knew my stay was going to be fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy, Gia Restaurant has AMAZING food and the pools are awesome. The oceanview rooms are exquisite and well worth the price and I never slept so well in the king size bed.
