  We had to leave our house for the weekend while we had some work done and checked into the Hilton with our dog. The staff was so nice and even gave "Lizzy" a doggie treat, when we checked in. Great service and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away from home.

  Wow. I have been nickeled and dimed to death by this hotel. You can't get a cup of coffee in the morning without paying for breakfast. EVERYTHING is extra at this hotel. Add $ per day to quoted room rate. This is what happens when the beancounters run the place

  We had a great time at the Hilton Irvine when we stayed there over the holiday weekend. We chose it because of the great rate, but it turned out to be a great location too. We went to the beach, to Fashion Island and Sherman Gardens. The room was clean and we used the fitness room and the pool was beautiful. I read that they just had it renovated and the family really enjoyed it. Glad we found this hotel.

  We stayed at the Irvine hotel while visiting family and friends in Orange County. The location was perfect for us, near the airport and the freeways. The staff was friendly and we had breakfast at the hotel. It was delicious. The bellman took us to Fashion Island and Bistangos, a local restaurant. We will use this hotel again. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

  If you want to sleep in, forget it. They are renovating the swimming pool and what a ruckus all day long - drilling away. I wasn't inform about it until I checked into my room - letter apologizing for the inconvenience. Hilton should have this on their website - not nice. Next time one should ask before booking - any construction projects?
