I stayed at the Sheraton Crescent Hotel in Phoenix for two days and when i started to leave, could get no help with my luggage. The front desk was rude and blew me off. I struggled to get my own bags (all four of them) in the elevator and across the lobby and out the door. The Staff just watched and never ever offered to help. Wow, bad service isn't even the right thing to say. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay at Sheraton Crescent Hotel was a good experience. The front desk was very accomodating, friendly, and personable. The complimentary hotel shuttle service was very accommodating and took us where we needed to go in a timely matter. I was traveling with my two teenage sons and they enjoyed the large pool, basketball court, racquet ball and tennis courts. The hotel grounds were secured with high fences and locked gates everywhere. As a single parent I felt comfortable letting my boys go off on their own around the hotel. It is located in a busy area, but the design of the hotel made you feel like you were in a resort. All my room service request were met quickly and politely. The facility was clean with comfortable beds. Some of the room furnishings needed to be updated, they were noticeably worn. The airconditioning unit ran continuesly, which was noticeable when trying to sleep. I would return to this hotel in the future.

We loved this place. The rooms were great and the flat screen TV was amazing! The staff was so friendly and the rooms were very clean. The pool area and slide were fantastic. Our kids had so much fun! We will stay here again

When I asked my family to discribe this hotel the only response I got was "Awesome!" I must agree. The beds were soooo comfortable, the rooms were large and imaculately clean. They show free pool side movies every night. The only problem we had was that the Monsoon Mountain water slide was closed two of the three times we tried to go. The sign at the slide entrance says to call the front desk if you want to use the slide, but we were told that once it is shut down for the day you have to come back the next morning. However, the slide was well worth the wait! I will definitly go back to this beautiful hotel.
