  Our room was clean and quite. I felt the hotel was an excellent value for the price point. What we were interested in was location, not hotel amenities. The hotel is freeway close and centrally located. It was about five minutes from the Irvine Spectrum. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were there for five days. Our iron broke and they got us a new one right away with no hassle. I had seen some slightly negative reviews from many months prior so I was a little nervous. My worries quickly disappeared after we arrived. You can tell the hotel has been working hard to maintain customer satisfaction. There was lots of staff working hard all around the property to make it shine. My only mediocre comment would be that the breakfast served in the morning is just fair.

  I rebooked this place and I had great signal strength for the internet access. I stayed here before and it was OK. The rooms were just redone so they are comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the same people work there from a year ago so its a friendly place. They use to serve this banana bread during breakfast and it was out of this world and now they serve muffins. I hope they bring the banana bread back!

  They had make your own waffles, the kids loved it! The breakfast hostess was very nice and helpful. If you go three miles there is a free balloon ride MAKE SURE TO CHECK IT OUT!

  I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. It was clean, but looked tired. They are renovating the hotel. It was a little inconvenient, but what a nice change. Ask for the new rooms you will glad you did.
