Important Hotel Information
- The 2009 ING Hartford marathon will take place on Saturday August 10th and will impact travel to the hotel and the surrounding area. The founders bridge will be closed from 7 30 am to 1 pm on Saturday. in addition all roads leading to and surrounding the hotel will be closed from 7 00 am and will re open as runners pass. Police will direct cross traffic during the race when possible. Please be aware travel to and from the hotel will be delayed or re routed from 7 00 am to 1 pm

The front desk staff is pretty good. The bar and restauraunt serves good food and has a nice setup to watch some sports games or just to kick back and relax and enjoy a drink. All the rooms are spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. The shower steams up well which helps when trying to wind down from a tiresome day. The best part to me was the indoor pool which was spacious, very clean and had a great changing area with complimentary towels to use. Overall a very good hotel for a solid price if you're looking for something close to Hartford and Manchester without all the over priced and over hyped ratings that some of these other hotels in the middle of Hartford don't deserve.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The front desk provided us with directions and printed Mapquest instructions for us. Most of all, I felt safe at this hotel. The hotel was in a good location, in the downtown area, but off to itself on a secodary road. There is nothing worse than getting an uneasy feeling when staying at an iffy hotel. From the moment we drove into the parking lot, I realized we would be safe and have a great time. The hotel was only minutes away from everything. I would stay there again without hesitation.
