The hotel is situated in the heart of downtown with shops and restaurants just steps away, as well as convenient freeway access in and out of town. The garage is right under the hotel with elevator access, so you don't have to worry about poor weather getting your luggage in and out. The restaurant serves all meals - I had a very nice breakfast which was comp'd by the hotel through a $* voucher at check-in, and a good steak dinner with excellent service. My queen-bed room was very small but perfect for one, beautifully appointed and very comfortable and quiet. My only complaint is that the hotel had just initiated satellite TV service, and there were no pay-per-view movies available, nor were the 3 major national networks represented. I understand that the service was so new that not all features and channels were then available, so hopefully that aspect will have changed by now, but if a traveler is looking forward to in-room movies or a particular network show, you should check with the hotel first to see if that capability has been restored. I would definitely recomment this hotel to other travelers and will likely stay there again if I need to be downtown.

I loved this hotel! It was quiet and comfortable and also extremely clean! I loved that it was in the middle of everything...you just need to walk a couple blocks and your @ Pike Street Market and another 20 min. and your @ the space needle. It really is in the perfect location! I would stay there anytime Im in Seattle, Its a great hotel!

Location was great, right in the center of the city which made travel by foot easy. Public transportation to and from the airport was within walking distance. The dining balcony was great. Rooms were beautiful but the lighting was dim in the room, especially near the full length mirror. Staff was wonderful, very nice. Did not find, nor did I look for computers to use for internet access. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be in the heart of downtown Seattle.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Pike Place, monorail, Seattle Art Museum, etc. It was a very nice hotel no complaints whatsoever. If you're going to Seattle (Recommend that you do, one of the few citiies in the U.S.that you should) Check it out. Ride the Duck...
