Everything about the stay was excellent - easy reservation. Great Room, GREAT ROOM! okay continental free breakfast, Big - solid and compfy bed. Large sitting area other end of room. Big (40"?) Flat Screen LCD TV that allowed my DVD player to attach through a choice of ports, on time wakeup call. able to check in and print boarding pass in the business center downstairs, no charges. Free shuttle - about 5 - 10 minutes to airport. I arrived about 9:30 after an all day meeting and their ouitside vendor for food was able to take my order and deliver within a 1/2 hour. I prepaid at $* and I'm totally satisified I chose the Hyatt Place. Much more value than expected for this price.

I stayed here on my last visit to Charlotte. The hotel was very cute, modern and clean. The staff was very, very nice and helpful. My problem was that I was traveling on business and cell phone service is virtually non-existent in the hotel. I had to go outside just to get a signal. I also had problems with the internet and VPN. So if you are a business traveler and need access to your phone and/or email, I would suggest staying at a different place.

Large rooms with extended sitting room with large flat screen TV; however, the bathroom itself was so small you had to go in, turn around, and close the door; very little room as the bathtub/shower was right there, too. First time to see the towl rack for clean towels actually in the shower stall of the tub.

I was here on business and the rooms were absolutely splendid for my purposes. Clean and the staff were pleasant. The customer service based on giving directions and the areas ammenities were not sufficient. Last hotel I was at had Front Desk City Guide, I could find anything.
