The room was decorated in a very cute manner! Lots of space in a double queen room with a long couch, and convenience of the kitchenette. The bed was tall and comfortable. The thing that stood out about the hotel were the staff. They were all very friendly and accommadating. I was traveling with someone with disabilities and they helped us whenever needed. the 24 hr food service also came in handy late at night. Not a lot of good restaurants nearby. The hotel is close enough to opryland to walk, but having the free shuttle was extremely useful for us. The shuttle drivers were so fun and sweet! They dropped us off where we requested even though I think there is a specific route. A few times we had to wait too long for a pickup and eventually cancelled the ride. The scheduling was confusing and at times inconvenient. Overall we had a great stay. I would stay again!

Absolutely WILL stay again. Staff was friendly, room was very clean. Plasma TV and sectional couch were great extras. Bathroom had nice granite countertops. Computer station was a great plus. Fruit, cereal, bagels, etc were offered. No protein (e.g., hard boiled eggs) unless you purchase a meal, which we did. It was a little pricey, and average tasting. Convenient to most areas of Nashville. Price was reasonable. Very close to Opry Mills Mall.This was PERFECT for us since we had our own activites planned. If you are looking for a hotel with a restaurant and exercise facility, this is not for you.

The hotel itself is very nice. It's quiet, clean and the staff is helpful. You will need to rent a car unless you plan on spending your entire time in Nashville in the Opryland area. A typical cab ride to downtown Nashville will run you $ plus tip.

We loved the modern theme of the hotel. The room was large enough that our kids had room to play. The beds were great and we loved the 42"" flat screen! All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very small, but workable. We will definitely stay there again.
