VERY happy with everything about the hotel. Room was beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great AND was free!! We loved this hotel and wish we were able to stay longer.

Very nice hotel. Received an upgrade which was a nice surprise. Room was clean Hotel needs signage. I had a hard time finding the hotel. It was tucked back in a shopping center and it had no lights in the parking lot or on the hotel. Breakfast was not ready to 6:30 am. Me and I lot of others were looking for breakfast at 6 am to be on our way by 6:30. No one even offered to assist in cold cerals. Had to ask for bowl, millk and stuff.

Easy on & off from highway, easy to find hotel Cracker Barrel next door, although we arrived late & left early so didn't go to it Free breakfast was good -- more than just bagels & donuts Clean Good toiletries Wish we were staying for more than an overnight, in the middle of a car trip

We stayed here for three nights in August. The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable king sized bed. When we complained about the TV quality, they responded quickly with a solution - couldn't swap it out today but we could move to the room right across the hall. We opted to stay put but appreciated the offer. The breakfast buffet is very ample with a choice for everyone but hardly gourmet quality. Our room was not a suite although a true suite might have been available at a higher price. We didn't use what I assume was a sofa bed, so can't comment on the sleeping comfort of that. There was a small kitchen area which, again, we didn't use. There was a dressing table area outside of the bathroom - very convenient, with a great magnifying mirror. The location is very convenient to travelers on I-78, but a bit hard to find since the access is through a shopping area. Be sure to check the map.

as a business traveler, the room was clean and quiet. the new bedding was wonderfully comfortable. the hot buffet breakfast ...MY TIME SPENT WITH THE HAWTHORN SUITES WAS GREAT!!
AS A BUSINESS TRAVELER, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND QUIET. THE NEW BEDDING WAS WONDERFULLY COMFORTABLE. THE HOT BUFFET BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING WAS WONDERFUL. I WOULD DEFFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS TO MY CLIENTS.
