We had a great stay. From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. Only thing that was a drawback- there was no nightlight in the bathroom and if one had to get up at night, the bathroom light was like a spotlight. The bus stops at the door which made access to the downtown area great. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

One of the only good things about this hotel, it was clean. Communication is definitely a problem. If you can get anyone who understands what you need, they do take care of it. We had trouble even getting someone to understand we needed 4 towels. Our bathroom door broke every night of our stay. We wanted to eat at the cafe in our hotel, but it wasn't even open.
