  This hotel is really neat! It feels like a hometown hotel because of its smaller lobby and really friendly staff, but it has lots of the amenities of larger ones and it's in the middle of a great neighborhood. Rooms are "roomy" and well-appointed and comfortable. Have used this hotel before and will again!

  Staff quite courteous and always with a smile. Even hotel maintenance who helped carry our excessive baggage. Great proximity to Wrigley, quiet and comforable sleeping. Garage attendant could not locate our car and so we had to find it. But all in all worth the money.

  Having lived in the area and booking all my family visitors there, I knew the Terrace was an excellent place to stay. This trip did not disappoint although the night auditor was a bit slow on how parking worked and the wake-up call was an hour early.
