The hotel is in a good location and the room sizes are bareable however, the hotel service is absolutely terrible. Upon check in we paid a $50 deposit in cash, and upon check out we were told that we hadn't paid a deposit at all, but after a very long argument we were given back a part of our initial deposit. Since then hotel management has not been responding to any of our emails or telephone calls. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional on their part, and I do not plan on returning to this hotel again. A word of warning for everyone planning on staying at this hotel: make sure you recieve and keep your reciepts.

Our stay at this hotel was a disappointment even before our arrival. Our disappointments extended to our last day. On route we called to confirm directions to the hotel and were given incorrect directions which caused us to spend a great deal of time driving around. On arrival, we were surprised by the size of the room, very small, very different from what we saw on the web photos. Calls to the front desk requesting extra pillow went unaddressed. Bed was small, not a queen but rather a double and not very comfortable. On Saturday, after a day of shopping and touring, we returned to our room after 4PM and found that had NOT yet been cleaned. After taking up the matter to the assistant manager, we were informed that it was NOT HIS problem and that he would have to verify matters with staff. Throughout our discussions with him he made us feel that it was our fault and not theirs. Not once during our discussions did he apologize for the situation. That alone would have somewhat diffused our disappointment. At this hotel the customer is obviously not right. Fitness centre could not be located given lack of signs indicating where to find it. No dining facilities on site and lounge closed for the entire time we were there (3 days). Given all this would we recommend this hotel....NO.

It is a good hotel in a great location! Steps to shopping, museums and attractions. Try Spa Orange, located at the 6th floor. It is a must foe every spa traveler; an full service spa with great amenities and many services. We tried sabai stone massage?asia couple, and it was paradise.
