We enjoy going to St. Augustine, and have stayed many places. This Comfort Suites Hotel was everything I had read in the reviews. The front desk clerks were very warm and welcoming and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and well stocked with everything. The grounds were very nice and well kept, and it was just so relaxing and peaceful. The location was also nice, not too far from th beaches and the old town, but far enough where you could really relax in peace and quiet.

Lovely setting with lake, gazebo,pool and landscaping. Hotel was very clean and beautifully maintained. All personnel were helpful and friendly. Good location with easy access to I 95. Entrance is a little confusing but manageable.

I called from the road after driving all day and just wanted a clean room for myself and two traveling companions. Very nice woman on phone quoted me a price higher than in the travel guide I told her I was looking at but her attitude was take it or leave it, the hotel only had 3 rooms left. We took the room at well over $* and it was very nice, just more than I wanted to spend for a quick overnight.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The associates at the front desk were always very nice and helpful. The gift shop was also stocked with necessities and at reasonable prices. The room was very big, and we were able to check in hours before check-in time. My only complaint is that the area is still under development so there is not much to do around the hotel. It was within a good distance from the historic district, but apart from that, there wasn't much to do. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this hotel to friends.

This was a wonderful hotel..... Nice on the inside and out.. My hubby and I went away for our anniversary. We do every year... They let us check out the rooms before hand.. We looked at a few hotels and in the end we picked this one... Now, we are hoping to go back with our kids (3) in the end of March OR being in April. The staff was great. we stayed for 3 nights. the beds were the most comfortable I have slept in. Now we are looking to upgrade our beds at home... I would recommend this hotel to anyone... other then not having a places to eat on the same exit near by, it was still okay.. nice bathroom as well. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN!!!!
