  Put us in a room by the elevators, sounded like a train was going by 24/7 staff blamed it on the hotel being full, (it wasn't) ...

  Put us in a room by the elevators, sounded like a train was going by 24/7 Staff blamed it on the hotel being full, (it wasn't) then said it was because we checked in late, (7pm is not late)

  Great location to where I needed to be in San Fran for my meetings. Very accomodating people working there. I just needed a place to cleanup and shower the two days I was there. The room was great. Bed was comfy and the place was very clean. The bathroom and entrance to the room however were pretty snug. Almost like an afterthought and it made it tough for getting ready. Other than that the place was great.

  This is by far one of my favorite hotels in downtown San Francisco. I've stayed here a few times and never written a review but this time I had brought my husband and decided that the hotel deserved recognition for going out of their way with restaurant recommendations, reservations, great service and just an overall fun San Francisco experience. Be sure to request one of the higher floors at checkin as the city views are amazing!!

  The staff is very friendly and nice. The location is perfect for union sq and yerba park. The room too was clean and the vews are breathe taking as they have floor to ceiling windows ! Also be sure to check out the Ducca restaurant for its famous aurinchinnis
