  Great hotel..travelling with family.. got adjoining rooms w/ king beds per request...very good service!!! if visiting greensboro area..recommend this hotel!!!

  My daughter's eye swelled up after swimming in the dirty pool and the hot tub had ceramic tiles loose or broken and you could feel the grit underwater. the ...

  My daughter's eye swelled up after swimming in the dirty pool and the hot tub had ceramic tiles loose or broken and you could feel the grit underwater. the Pizza from room service was the worst I've ever had but when I complained about the folks upstairs jumping up and down at midnight, they stopped it immediately.

The room will be freezing cold, you will hear all the noise from the hallway, nearby elevator and ice machine, and you will find a customer service staff that provides stubborn excuses, instead of offers of assistance. Never again!
