  This hotel was very nice but our room wasn't ready at check in. we returned an hour and half later and the room still wasn't ready, they ended ...

  This hotel was very nice but our room wasn't ready at check in. We returned an hour and half later and the room still wasn't ready, they ended up changing our room. Also, our package included breakfast and they told us it was served until 11am. My son and I arrived at 10am for breakfast to be told that they stopped serving but we could get a ""to go"" box and run into the kitchen to see if they haven't thrown everything away yet. The kicker was they were unaware how the travel agency worked and tried to charge me 2x's for the room!!!

  I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to the hershey area.very nice hotel for the money.a nice breakfast buffet also.
