Stayed here for 5 nights in a Suite Room. They are not suites just big rooms with extra beds, so many groups, families and party people. Very loud! The beds are as hard as rock...left with a back ache. The hallways smell like cleaning product constantly. This is an old hotel that is trying hard but not a pleasant place to stay.

the rooms was only moderately clean...none of the outlets worked for the phone or dvd charger...very sickening smell on room...elevator in need of cleaning...broken ice machine but unfortunately it is a great location, just across the street from dorney park and it appears many 'not tidy' people stay. the staff was very friendly and helpful . they also give a 10% discount on many nice places to eat. the pool and hot tub were fun as long as not being taken over by some people. very nice breakfast although coffee was weak but there is a dunkin donut right across the street.

This hotel is horrible! Here is a list of everything that went wrong. 1. Key did not work when we arrived, put us in another room. 2. Pet fee of $25 that we were not aware of. 3. Dead bolt on our room door did not even lock! 4. Safe in our room was not bolted down and did not even work! 5. Toilet did not even flush! 6. Beds were very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in it. 7. Refrigerator did not even get are drinks cold. 8. The supposed heated indoor pool was FREEZING! 9. The manager at the desk asked me to help jump start one of his co-workers cars and I used my car to do it and he could not even offer to wave the pet fee or anything! Not even a thank you from him. Im sure there was a lot of other things wrong with that building but just to let you know we will never stay there and I do not think anyone should ever stay there!
