My family and I stayed at the Best Western in Sweetwater for just one night but it was a perfect stop for us on our trip across Texas. The rooms were extrememely nice and the hotel staff was very attentive. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely the best hotel that I have stayed at in the last few years. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The room was excellent in all aspects. The breakfast had everything but eggs and had several unique items (prepackaged burritos, sausage muffings, etc.). The beds were tall and very firm. LCD wide screen TV with all the cable channels.

CLEAN & FRIENDLY!! WHAT A GREAT HOTEL!!! After several disappointing stays at other hotels this year, we finally found a Clean & comfortable hotel and unbelievable how friendly all the staff was. From the pre-trip calls to inquire about the rooms, the questions were answered friendly and accurately. The front desk was polite and courteous, the cleaning staff was extremely friendly and accomadated us with extra towels when requested. The complimentary buffet was great, very clean and well stocked. The pool & hot tub were well maintained. I needed to use the business center to send an urgent fax, and at the time stations were being used. The management went beyond any normal duty and let me use their equipment to send the fax from my laptop.
