  This hotel had some strong positives - large rooms, comfy beds, connected to convention center, easy walk downtown, goood restaurant service, etc. The negatives were that the heat/AC unit was so noisy - it sounded as though someone was in there banging on metal all night. It was impossible to sleep through and the hotel was full so I couldn't switch rooms. Also, the meeting rooms were very cold and stark. A couple of valets were incredibly rude when trying to load the car (which took all of two seconds, but we were being screamed at the whole time). The quality of food at the hotel was OK, but extremely overpriced ($4 for a cup of tea?!?!?!?). The gym was small and the equipment was poor. Next time, I will check out other hotels.

  We were in town for a convention. the hotel is attached to convention center which was great. but we had to pay for parking. check in was at 3pm but ...

  We were in town for a convention. The hotel is attached to convention center which was great. But we had to pay for parking. Check in was at 3pm but our reserved rooms were not ready by that time, we had to come back a hour later and were given different rooms. There were so many people at the hotel that you had to wait 20 minutes to get on the elevator. The pool was so small, the limit was 15 people. Not good when you have kids at the hotel. The resturants in the hotel were extremely pricey. However, the resturants in convention center had good food and value. Hotel was very pricey and not worth the money spent. Next year we'll stay at a different hotel.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff top the list at this hotel, with a convenient downtown location coming in as a close second. I also loved the view of the whole downtown skyline from my room. I'll be back!"
