Got a great deal through a flight + hotel bundle and it was well worth it. Rooms were very nicely updated, hotel staff super-friendly, and it's hard to get any closer to Terminal C. (On that note, the walk from Terminal C to the hotel is really weird -- you have to cross a parking garage and follow about twelve signs up and down half-staircases. If you have heavy luggage, get the shuttle bus.) Hotel restaurants are rather expensive, but when it's 10:30 PM and you've just landed, you'll be so glad they've got a delicious slab of ribs at Jacob's Spring Grille.

Hyatt does a great job at this hotel. Parking is kind of a PITA, so much so that I returned the rental car and rode the shuttle back to avoid paying $14.00 in parking. Rooms are really nice, clean and modern. My only gripe (this goes for most Hotels) why charge for internet? Such a joke. I used my cell card in the lap top, signal was a little weak, but it worked. I have an issue with paying for something like internet when coffee shops, restaurants, even whole towns install WiFi to attract business. Paying close to $*for a room and then asked to pay $10.00 for internet is just lame. Where do I drop the coins in for the vibrating bed? Rant off, OK, Food was awesome, staff was extremely helpful, building is clean and bright, the shuttle took us directly to the gate at the airport. Hyatts beds are amazing. Great room, great location.

I stayed in Dallas recently with my wife on a trip back home to Asia. After a flight from the east coast, it was nice to relax before the long flight at a comfortable hotel. The van driver was great. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name but he was extremely sociable and informative. It made our stay even better. The room was comfortable and convenient. The bed firm and the room decor stylish. Too bad they charge for internet, but I know the US hotels haven't stopped doing that yet. In Asia it is free everywhere. Come on Hyatt, get with the program!! The following morning, the van service to our terminal was also good and punctual. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Regency!! For as much as we were there it was fantastic! We were honeymooners on the go for the most part out touring the state! What we loved most was the location of the hotel. It was easy to find in a very fast paced area of the city - where we were easily lost (more then once!) but were always able to find our way back since the Regency is right inside DFW! Other then that they are not lying about all their renovations - the hotel is fabulous - and their service is spectacular! We really enjoyed all the dining services they offered and the food was fantastic! I guess all in all we couldn't be happier! If we have the chance to stay in the DFW area again I am sure that we will be considering the Regency again!
