10/16/2009Everything was good, good courtesy, clean confortable rooms, but i cannot understand why they charge for the use of internet when in usa is free in almost any place.

Staff was eager to please. As in all European hotels, no a/c in May. Beds were a little hard for my taste. It would be nice for us baby boomers to have magnified make up mirrors in the bathroom. Location was center of city. Very safe. Everything about Munich was safe and clean. Went out at all hours and felt comfortable. Enjoyed our trip tremendously.

This hotel is very convenient for tourists -- right on the metro line from the airport and only two stops from Marienplatz (also within walking distance). The pool is a real plus after a long day of sightseeing! The hotel is on top of an underground-ish shopping area that includes two grocery stores and other shops, so that's also convenient. Our room was cleaned promptly every day and although the view wasn't great, we were happy with how quiet it was at night. The front desk staff were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Great value, great location, easy access to subway. Family friendly, outstanding breakfast buffet. I have had many hit or miss hotel experiences in Munich, but this was a great place and I will definately be back. Only one disapointment was that it did not have a fitness room, but there was a gym very close by that was 10 euro.

The hotel was very clean and very nice. We stayed here for Octoberfest so it was a bit of a madhouse, but the hotel was quick at checking us in. It was very convenient to shops, food and very much city central. No complaints and would rate this hotel as a 9 out of a 10. This website had the best rate that we could find anywhere.
