  Visit was for a weekend getaway.(Have stayed here previously) Was pleased with rooom overall. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Counter personnel was freindly. However, I encounterd 2 issues. 1.Upon check in I requested to the counter person to have an ice bucket with ice delivered my room (no ice machine on my floor). She wrote it down and assured me that this request would be taken care of. Upon my arrival later that evening, this request had not been handled. 2. Beds needs to be secured. When I sat on edge of bed, bed would lift up at head of bed.

  The room was well decorated, clean & comfy. The pool & hot tub are set in a nice location, with cute tikki torches & gas fires all around. Hot tub was nice & hot. Coffee in the room! Delivery pizza came in short order. The only trouble was that I went for a morning swim & was locked out of my room twice before checkout time, & had to get my key re-activated in my wet bathing suit..

  Our stay at the Beverly Heritage was almost perfect. Our main goal on this trip was visiting IKEA so the location worked out great (20 min.) The hotel is situated in the middle of a financial type district, so nothing to really see. We had a free breakfast buffet for two; Eggs and pancakes to order, bacon, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, all very good and all fresh. Nothing had sat too long. My only issue was the pool. The pool area was great but the pool & kid pool were definitely NOT heated. However it did have a nice spa that felt great after a long drive. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. It lacked bathroom toiletries, so try not to forget anything! (soap, shampoo, conditioner... thts all you get) The nearest grocery store is 15 min away. We were lucky enough to have to make a midnight emergency trip. Distance wasn't all that bad. All and all we were very happy and would stay again.

  I was very disappointing service... very unprofessional and rude... not helpful at all and when i booked the room on a online travel website it said free buffet breakfast for ...

  I was very disappointing service... very unprofessional and rude... not helpful at all and when i booked the room on a online travel website it said free buffet breakfast for the weekend i booked for and when i got there they said i did not get free breakfast.... will never stay here again... very unpleasant!!!!
