  Mistakingly made a reservation for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Should have been 2 rooms for 1 night. Immediately called Travelocity and tried to fix. The travel agent told me the it was up to the Hotel. The Hotel told me it was up to the travel agency Hotel charged me for one night, upon return home, they came back with the BS and put it on the travel website I will never stay or book with either one. So much for Custome Service.

  This is an awesome place to stay!! Very clean!! Bed is awesome, sooo comfy! The bathroom has a glass shower! The staff goes way beyond!! The Green Valley resturant is very good!! Pricey but very good! We had late check-out which was a place. We had room service breakfast which was included in the package I got which was soooo good! This was a very nice romantic getaway for me and hubby!! We loved it and my hubby was sooo amazed at everything!!! Highly Recommend!!!

  I have stayed @ other hotels in the Greensboro area & this is the best. The staff is there to meet your needs w/out hovering. And if there is a problem they are quick to find a solution. The hot breakfast buffet is wonderful. We've eaten @ their restaurant, the Green Valley Grill, several times & it has always been great. Though the bar gets very smokey, it doesn't appear to permeate to the eating area.
  Well worth it!

  This was a really nice hotel, the service was top notch from being picked up at the airport to being taken back after my stay. Everything in between was impecible as well. I was here on business and I would reccommend it to anyone, it may not be the best for a family trip, but it is an incredible hotel.

  The best service, staff was wonderful!!!!! I have never felt so comfortable or at home anyplace. The room was simply devine. That's the first time in my life I have ever used that word. but it was!!
