Important Hotel Information
- Effective on May 1, 2007 all ResortQuest Whistler managed properties must have the primary occupant and the credit card holder as a minimum age of 25 years for all new bookings for all properties/lodges.
- Security Policy
- A signed valid credit card pre-authorization of 250 - 1500 depending on property will be required at registration. As we have a responsibility to our owners, this security deposit is required for any non-accidental damage or any accidental damage above and beyond what is covered in our damage waiver benefit within the 6% reservation fee.
- Personal cheques and cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be voided 10 days after arrival date provided there is no damage, missing inventory, telephone charges and/or excessive cleaning required.
- Properties checking in at Northstar: Stoney Creek Northstar, Marketplace Lodge Apr 19-Nov 25, 2009: Aspens: Daily 8am - 8pm. Fri and Sat only between Jun 26 to Sep 5, 2009 check in between 7am-11pm. After hrs check-in located at Glacier Lodge: 24 hrs/7 days a wk. Town Plaza: Daily 8am-12am. April 27 onwards Sun to Thu 9am-9pm; Fri/Sat 8am-12am. After hrs guests refer to signage on front door. After hrs contact 604-905-0196. Northstar & Alpenglow: Closed.
- Properties checking in at The Aspens: The Aspens, The Marquise, Alpenglow, Stoney Creek Northstar, Marketplace Lodge. Nov 26-Dec 17, 2009: Aspens: Daily 8am - 8pm. After hrs check-in at Glacier Lodge: 24 hrs/7 days a wk. Town Plaza: Sun to Thu: 9am-9pm/Fri to Sat 8am-12am. After hrs guests refer to signage on front door. After hrs contact 604-905-0196. Northstar: Daily 10am-6pm. After hrs check-in at Glacier Lodge. Alpenglow: Closed.
