Stayed there for two nights. I had no issues with staff, food, or services. The room had a little dust in places, but they were not normally where you'd look. The bed I had was a sleep number. I don't like them that's why a poorer review of the bed. I find them too hard and not adjustable to my liking, but that is just me. The University Lounge that is in the hotel had awesome service and a great, but limited menu. Hotel has easy accest to both the downtown city areas of both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Easy parking off the back of the hotel for your car, just remember to get the parking permit. Lots of activity in the area and numerous little restuarants right outside the main door way. Plenty within a few minutes walk.
I highly reccomend this hotel and will stay there again. -

IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN THIS IS THE HOTEL FOR YOU! THE STAFF IS SO GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO THAT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BEING ATTENTIVE TO THE NEEDS OF THEIR GUESTS. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OUT THE LOUNGE AREA AND IN 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS YOU MAY GET SOME SERVICE. OVERALL THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND I WISH NO ONE TO HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THE ARROGANCE AND OVERALL STUPIDITY THAT I DEALT WITH. ITS NOT EVEN IN A FUN AREA OF THE CITIES.
