  The hotel was nice. no business center, just one computer in the lobby for guests to use. had to buy internet cards. 2 beds in one room ends up being ...

  The hotel was nice. No business center, just one computer in the lobby for guests to use. Had to buy internet cards. 2 beds in one room ends up being singles. Not so comfy. Starched stiff bedding. The pool was cold, but since it was hot we figured that was on purpose. Easy to get a chair by the pool. The work out facility was horrid. Very small. Front desk was very helpful. Could walk to alot of sights. Stores right across the street and a pharmacy. Would stay there again.

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. my room was upgraded with a spectacular view of florence and was very big. i would definitely return. the price was great, also.
