  Old world style and class in the heart of Bangkok. The hotel is beautiful and we had a wonderful view of the river. Room service was very quick for early morning coffee and juice. Conceierge was very helpful for reservations on a dinner river cruise. Very little trouble with the language barrier, which is unusual in Thailand. The location is great for financial types but my business was in the embassy district and about 20 minutes by car in Bangkok's legendary traffic. The morning breakfast buffet is good but still not up to par on an American standard. We had dinner at the Thai restaurant which was also good, but not the best I've had. I cannot say enough about the service staff...all were extremely helpful and courteous.

  We have stayed at this hotel exclusively when in bangkok. the staff is terrific - the service exceptional. we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

  Too many superlatives to list in a mximum of 100 words. the hotel came highly recommended - staying there my partner and i understood why. i will be back there again ...

  Too many superlatives to list in a mximum of 100 words. The hotel came highly recommended - staying there my partner and I understood why. I will be back there again in March 07 - why economise when you can luxuriate!! Do yourself a favour - stay here and spoil yourself
