I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and spacious. Room service was very prompt. The desk staff were all extremely helpful and polite. The location is great - just a short walk to the old city. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool as well. The one thing missing is a lounge area on the ground floor. The only lounge/bar is at the rooftop restaurant and isn't really a drop-in kind of place. The restaurant, by the way, was extremely good.

Our first night there we ate at the revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel giving superior views! The food was surprisingly good, but, of course, a little pricey. We could never get lost because you can see this hotel with the revolving restaurant from anywhere in the city. Nice cafes right outside the hotel were great for morning coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner or just for a drink. With outside seating it was very nice! And the waiters were very nice, too.
Old Quebec was just 3 blocks away! Everything was within walking distance from our hotel. We loved it and would stay there again. Great gift shop, too!
The concierge was extremely helpful with directions, reservations and recommendations.
We were very comfortable in our room. It had all the usual amenities: hair dryer, make-up mirror, nice shower in a tub, thick towels, TV with English speaking channels, 2 luggage holders, bathrobe and slippers and a nice view!
The pool looked very nice but it was outside so I only took a quick peek (we were there in October). It was on the 4th floor so it was very private. -

Arrived to a Hotel were the attendents were pleasant and willing to help. Hotel locatiion was great. Walking distance to resturants and to the Walled city of Quebec City. Great experience of the old world without traveling to Europe.
