  The hotel was wonderful. Perfectly appointed room and huge marble bathroom. very clean. The staff couldn't have been more helpful , the desk help and concierge gave us fabulous recommendations. Great, central location. I'd definitely stay there again!

  This hotel is in an excellent location. Within a short walking distance to 20 or 30 restaurants, not to mention bookstores, coffee shops, pubs,etc. The hotel provided us with a free stroller for our toddler which was a nice touch. Action in the bar and restauant was very slow as prices seem as reason to walk to one of the many nearby venues. Staff was very helpful and even tried to get us tickets for the CFL football game when asked. Would definitely stay here again!!

  couldn't ask for anything more one little drawback the room service is too expensive payed 8 dollars for a glass of milk and the room service food sucked the restaraunt in the hotel by contrast is amazing would definitely stay again very warm people

  Three friends and I stayed at the hotel for my bachelorette weekend. Everyone there was so sweet at the hotel and bent over backwards to help us, we asked the concierge for help finding an italian restarunt in the city and after asking us a few questions, he printed out the options and we were on our way! The front door men are extremely nice as well.
  
  The hotel was very clean, the bathrooms were gorgeous.
  
  I will be staying here Everytime I am in Montreal from now on!
