This was hands-down the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE of my entire life. I have never been treated so rudely, unfairly, and disrespectfully. We were kicked out at 3:30 AM and only given one warning. It turned into the biggest nightmare and the employee was being completely unreasonable and discriminating. He refused to let us change and pack up our stuff in privacy. We proceeded to get charged almost $ on two seperate credit cards fro a room that cost $. We were never apologized to or given any explanation. My firends had to waste 3 hours during a Bachelorette party claling the hotel and their banks to get the problem resolved. Fianlly they took off the charges but we were still charged $ for a room we never stayed in. I would NEVER recommend to anyone to stay here.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days and had a blast!!! The staff was very friendly and greeted us and our children each times they saw us! We felt so welcome! We will stay here again since the beds were so comfy and inviting. The pocket doors were fun too!!! The linens were fresh and clean. What a great place....We loved it here!!!!!!!
