  my husband and i stayed in it for one nite and hated it as we got locked as our key would not work so we had to go ouside in the rain to go to the front office to ring a bell and wait until someone let us in then our key had to be reactivated so we will never stay here again or recomend this to anyone

  since july, i have tried several hotels in grand rapids area due to being there every week on business and this hotel was the happy medium between cost and what you get and i have now stayed there several times. the less expensive hotels that i tried were truly dumps. and the one or two places where i paid more didn't give that much more more for the money.

  My stay here was great. The hotel is very well located and lit. Very Safe, awosme staff and the breakfast was great. there was a lot of variety and the guest rooms were extremely clean. Definately recomend anyone to stay here. Very peaceful and quiet place.
