My daughters and myself have stayed at the venetian resort at least 6 times and the latest being two months ago. always stay at the venezia tower and service will be top rate. You get to check in at a separate checkin upstairs on the second floor. There is also a private pool and hot tub for venezia tower guests. Best place ever. The help, the room, fantastic and clean and so much room. I love it and have stayed at several other hotels on the strip but once I found the venetain I will never go anywhere else.

We stayed in the original venetian venezia room- old world and I LOVED it. The bath was a 14x12 marble delight, the service excellant, and the garden pool exceeded my expectations. The location was walking distance to all activities we did as we went to Phantom, The Wynn resort to see LE REVE , The SKY Mall, Madame Toussoud's wax musseum, and Tao's restaurant. All of these were excellant. AS well as the shoping in the Venetian canal shops. LOVED it all.

I took my wife for the first time to Vegas and I wanted to stay in a nice place, wow was I wrong. The room was fillthy and the show hardly worked. They gave me $50 drink credit. I am not sure what perfume they pump into the air conditioner but it was so strong you could smell it from the strip. The wait for a drink at a table was at least an hour, if at all. I was playing high limit and they had 1 waitress. I will never spend another dollar at this hotel. Good luck if you choose to stay here.

We have just returned from 4 nights at the Venetian. It is a most beautiful hotel. Every inch of it. Our suite had a great view of the strip and the mountains in the background. Couldn't ask for better. Staff was very pleasant. Quick to address any questions we had. That said, our suite location required a great deal of walking We were so far from everything that even to get ice we had to call housekeeping to get it for us. It required two elevators just to reach our room. It was a long walk from the room to the casino. I found the slots to be very tight. The prices in the food court are very reasonable. We also ate at the Grand Lux Cafe, they give you a lot of food. No long wait, it was pleasant. Because of weather, the pools were closed. All in all, we would stay there again.

We purchased a package on Travelocity and were very pleased with the room that we received in terms of size and what the hotel offered. I was surprised that such a highly-rated hotel would make you pay for Wi-Fi $13/day or you could purchase their $15/day resort fee that let you use their gym, unlimited Wi-Fi, etc. Our room although beautiful, was badly in need of vacuuming and dusting. I believe that bathrooms and kitchens need to be clean in a house or I get skeeved out. Sinks, toilet, tub and shower looked ok - but there was a HUGE nasty clump of someone else's hair that my husband dislodged with his foot during his shower. There was also hair that was neither of ours, dust bunnies and debris on the floors in the bathroom, bedroom and living room area. The ottoman was completely covered in a thick layer of dust as was the side table. I am allergic to dust, so it made me sneezy. I let the hotel front desk know, but the girl was not very interested - no apologies, nothing. There are definitely no freebies at this hotel, unless you are in club Grazie. Bottom line, beautiful, lots of options, housekeeping - meh.
