From the outside, the hotel building looks like an old brick warehouse. When you walk in to the hotel, the lobby is quite nice....gives the impression of a nicer hotel. However, the hotel room (king size bed) was only average. There were NO PERKS like a refrigerator, microwave, bathrobes, and no free newspaper. The bathroom was barely big enough to fit one person...never mind two people. Honestly, when you close the bathroom door, it just barely clears the toilet bowl. For a "smoke-free" room, it smelled a little of smoke, especially the sheets/pillows. That was the worst thing for me. However, none of my friends (who also stayed there at the same time for a reunion) had the same problem, so it was probably just my room that stunk. Everyone complained about the $8 a night fee for parking at the hotel (which isn't even secured parking) and the fact that the onsite restaurant had extremely high prices. A good example is that a glass of milk or orange juice was $4.00 to $4.50. I was shocked to find such expensive food prices for such a mediocre hotel. It was more like a motel to me. No continental breakfast, and you have to pay $10/day for internet access to your room...although there's free internet access in the lobby (if you can find a vacant PC). I was upset to have housekeeping knocking at my door at 9:30am on the weekends. I have never seen housekeeping come that early before. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Check-in was fast and easy! From entering and leaving the hotel I was always greeted by a staff member. The room was beautiful with a view of the airport. It's an excellant place to stay for a romantic getaway! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This was an excellent hotel. We were in town for a concert at the HIFI Buys ampitheater. The staff was friendly and everything was nice and clean. The pool is half indoor and half outdoor, with a nice hot tub. Plus the pool is surrounded with a tall wall and pine tree's for privacy. Very quiet considering the airport runway is less than a mile away. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for parking.

Hotel location is great, especially because it is near the airport. The reception staff are very professional, concerned, and courteous. We have stayed in several hotels in the Atlanta Airport area and none could compare to this. All amenities are provided, ie: Cleaners, fitness center, 2 pools, bar, full breakfast buffet, and gift shop. The hotel is well maintained. The only problems we had were room staff forgot to put in wash clothes for 2 days and I think they should update their shower head to an adjustable one because everyone is not the same height! This has been our second stay at the hotel and both times have been great. We will stay here again!
