  We stayed here at the beginning and end our european tour with globus. both times we failed to receive a wake-up call and the air conditioning barely worked either ...

  We stayed here at the beginning and end our European tour with Globus. Both times we failed to receive a wake-up call and the air conditioning barely worked either night. Staff was indifferent at best. If I wasn't on a tour I would have gone elsewhere, definintely didn't get my money's worth.
